Job summary

WhiteCrow Research seeks a Senior Engineer - Chemical & Slurry Systems for a global facilities engineering portfolio. You will drive global strategy, standards, and major programs in chemical systems.

We seek a leader with 18+ years in semiconductor or facilities engineering, with deep expertise in chemical and slurry design, as well as large-scale infrastructure projects, regulatory compliance, and safety systems. This role offers high impact and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in an Engineering discipline. Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 18+ years of relevant semiconductor or facilities engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in global Chemical and Slurry system design and operations.
• Proven experience in setting engineering standards and frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and system architecture.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Defining global engineering strategy and long-term roadmap for Chemical systems.
• Establishing company-wide standards, policies, and design frameworks.
• Leading complex, high-impact global programs and initiatives.
• Providing executive-level technical guidance and decision support.
