STMicroelectronics in Singapore is seeking an Analog / Mixed Signal Design Engineer to strengthen the IC Design team in the Imaging Division. You will design analogue IPs, supervise layout, verify silicon, and support validation in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics and at least 5 years' experience in full-custom analog CMOS IPs; knowledge of analog layout is essential.

Reporting to the Analog IC Design Team Manager for our Mixed Products, the purpose of this role, as an Analog /Mixed Signal Design Engineer, is to strengthen our design team to contribute to the development of our next generation of Mixed products (Touch Controllers, Ambient Light Sensors, Image Sensors).

Job scope

The position, located in Singapore, is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flexible and dynamic team working in the growing markets of smart sensors. You will join a proactive team, within the IC Design department of the Imaging Division.

Main aspects of the job

• Design analogue IP to meet specifications
• Minimize the risk of redesign to optimize the schedule and quality
• Verify the analogue IP design and determine corrective actions
• Supervise the layout implementation phase
• Support silicon validation and solve design issues

Requirements (minimum)

• Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics or equivalent
• At least, 5 years’ academic and/or industry experience designing full-custom Analog ICs CMOS technology IPs
• Knowledge in analog layout

Requirements (preferred)

• Experience or project work in CMOS Operational Amplifier, CMOS Low Noise Amplifier, Charge Pump, LDO, DAC, ADC, Oscillators will be added advantage
• Experience in ultra-low power design techniques will be added advantage
