Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore seeks a System Supervisor (Senior Engineer) to lead the maintenance team for containerised shelters and electromechanical equipment under our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business.

You will perform depot-level preventive and corrective maintenance, collaborate with internal teams to improve reliability, and ensure timely service documentation and spare parts control, contributing to reliable operations for defence and public safety customers.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related disciplines (e.g. Mechatronics, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance, repair and overhaul.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team in depot-level preventive and corrective maintenance for containerised shelters and electromechanical equipment (e.g., Power Generator engines, HVAC systems).
• Collaborate with internal teams, conduct engineering studies to improve component reliability.
• Maintain operational and maintenance records using company-approved platforms.
• Ensure timely issuance of service bulletins and updates of publications.
• Monitor and top up maintenance spares and consumables to meet contractual turnaround times.
• Generate service acceptance, incident reports and monthly/annual reports.

As a System Supervisor (Senior Engineer), you will lead the maintenance team in performing Depot level preventive and corrective maintenance for containerised shelter, mechanical and electromechanical equipment (e.g., Power Generator engines, HVAC systems) within the maintenance contract scope.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline(e.g. Mechatronics, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing Engineering).


• Must have good hands skills and minimum 5years’ experience in maintenance, repair and overhaul.


• Able to interact professionally with internal team as well as customers.


• Open to work in camp sites and comply with camp regulations.


• Possess Class 3 license is an advantage.
