Key Responsibilities:
- Fault Finding & Diagnosis:
Attend to and perform fault finding and diagnosis on both mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery and prompt response times. - Project Delivery:
Ensure on-time project completion within budget, managing project timelines and financials.
Responsible for system design, equipment installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning. - Project Management:
Implement and ensure proper project management structures and processes for effective scope estimation, prioritization, and timely delivery. - Client & Departmental Meetings:
Participate in departmental and client meetings concerning project and maintenance issues on-site.
Address and resolve technical queries during meetings. - Maintenance & Recovery Plan:
Oversee regular maintenance schedules and recovery plans for IT solutions and equipment installed at client sites.
Manage maintenance, repairs, and updates of equipment. - Project Deployment & Installation:
Take charge of project-related activities, including the deployment, installation, and testing of equipment and systems. - Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow-up to ensure timely resolutions. - Records & Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of breakdowns and repairs, enabling thorough analysis and ongoing improvements. - Operational & Maintenance Support:
Be on standby for operational and maintenance issues and be ready to attend to urgent matters when required. - Team Leadership & Support:
Assist the Manager in leading, monitoring, and motivating the technical support team.
Lead the maintenance team in troubleshooting system defects on-site. - On-Call Duty:
Be available for rotational standby (weekly or monthly, 24/7) as per operational requirements. - Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Create and document work instructions and fault management procedures for knowledge transfer within the team.
Provide training to team members regarding technical matters and ensure continuous learning. - Ad-Hoc Duties:
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
