Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an Engagement Manager to guide complex, customer-facing NVIS engagements from planning through uptake and handover. You will coordinate delivery managers, Solution Architects, Sales, OEM/SI partners, and customers to keep programs progressing with clear ownership and risks visible.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in executive-facing coordination of infrastructure or cloud programs, with strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• History of leading complex customer work with senior audiences.
• Experience translating delivery signals into clear decisions.
• Proven ability to manage risk, issue, and change.
• Strong communication, partner management and influencing skills.
• Technical depth in data center systems, AI platforms, networking, compute, storage.

Responsibilities

• Guide account coordination from planning through handover, with clear priorities and ownership.
• Create concise updates with RAG view, delivery progress, risks, and actions.
• Resolve P0/P1 blockers and address critical risks with recommended actions.
• Align scope and commitments with Sales and Solution Architecture.
• Provide clear technical guidelines for key customer requirements.
