ST Engineering is seeking a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to design and develop electronic circuit boards for drone systems. You will join a tight-knit team delivering safe, reliable drone systems and quality services to customers in Singapore and the region.

Responsibilities include researching architectures, sourcing components, schematic and PCB design, firmware in embedded C/C++, and thorough testing of PCB assemblies.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hardware and firmware design experience.
• Experience with analog and digital circuit design.
• Design experience with microcontrollers, DSPs, or FPGAs.
• Familiar with UART/I2C/SPI/CAN/Ethernet buses and protocols.
• Proficient in schematic/PCB design tools and test instruments.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming.
• Strong research, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Research and define efficient, reliable architectures for drone hardware.
• Source suitable electronic components for design needs.
• Schematic design for boards meeting requirements.
• PCB layout design and Gerber generation for fabrication.
• Firmware development in embedded C/C++.
• PCB assembly test and validation of boards.
• Generate design/test documents and drawings.
