Job summary

Ambiq in Singapore is seeking a Staff Embedded Software Engineer, Imaging to lead the imaging subsystem software across the product lifecycle. You will evaluate, port, and optimize firmware and drivers for image processing, video, and camera interfaces within AmbiqSuite SDK on ARM platforms.

Qualifications

6+ years of embedded software experience with MS or 8+ years with BS.
Strong experience with ARM Cortex‑M based embedded systems.
Hands-on imaging, camera, and video software development.
Familiar with MIPI CSI‑2, I2C control interfaces, and sensors.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of imaging subsystem software.
Port and optimize firmware and drivers for image processing and camera interfaces.
Design firmware interfaces for acquisition, processing, and streaming on constrained devices.
Integrate sensors with MIPI CSI‑2 and support bring‑up and validation.
Provide expertise during pre‑silicon to post‑silicon validation and tuning.
Optimize pipelines for real‑time performance and power efficiency.
Support customers and field applications during product deployment.
