Job summary

TempServ Pte Ltd in Bishan, Singapore seeks a Senior Technician (Electronic) to provide on-site technical support, perform assembly, testing, and preventive maintenance of electronic products and systems.

You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, solder SMT components, and assist in product verification while maintaining thorough service records. Candidates with hands-on electronics experience and willingness to travel to customer sites are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in electronic assembly, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance or field servicing is preferred
• Entry candidates with a keen interest in hands-on technical work are welcome to apply.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel to customer sites when required.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Strong team player with positive attitude and willingness to acquire new technical knowledge and skills.
• Hands-on experience in electronics assembly, testing, soldering and troubleshooting.
• Class 3 driving licence

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, field servicing and maintenance.
• Perform assembly, testing, inspection and packaging of electronic products and system.
• Carry out fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electronic product and system.
• Perform soldering and rework of electronic components, including fine-pitch SMT components, in accordance with quality standards and work instructions.
• Support product verification, functional testing, and quality inspection activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of service, maintenance, repair, and test records.
• Support logistics activities, including collection and delivery of goods when required.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.
