Role Overview
A leading optics and equipment solutions provider is seeking a Senior Electrical, Electronic & Hardware Design Engineer to lead the development of vision modules used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This position plays a critical role in driving innovation and ensuring high-performance, reliable hardware solutions aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of vision modules for semiconductor equipment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and project requirements

Design, test, and optimize electronic circuits and systems for performance, reliability, and compliance

Develop hardware prototypes and conduct validation testing to ensure functionality

Integrate vision modules with broader systems in coordination with software engineering teams

Provide technical mentorship and support to junior engineers and other team members

Stay up to date with technological advancements and apply insights to product development

Ideal Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical, electronic, and hardware design, particularly for industrial or semiconductor applications

Solid expertise in hardware design, with strong familiarity in vision systems, image processing, and camera technologies

Understanding of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements

Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality

Effective communicator in both English and Chinese to support collaboration with regional and international teams
