Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Singapore is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety professional to lead site-wide EH&S programs, ensuring compliance with MOM and SCDF requirements and advancing a safe, injury-free workplace.

You will conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, develop corrective actions, and partner with operations to embed ISO 45001/14001 frameworks while mentoring junior staff and driving continuous improvement. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant EH&S experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• WSHO with MOM registration and FSM with SCDF registration.
• Strong knowledge of local EH&S regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on implementing EH&S policies to ensure compliance.
• Drive regulatory compliance calendars, standard work, and reporting.
• Partner with operations to implement EH&S programs and drive improvement.
• Lead initiatives to promote a safe, injury-free workplace.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate controls.
• Coordinate EH&S emergency preparedness activities and training.
• Provide EH&S technical support across development, risk assessments, and contractor safety.
• Review investigations, ensure root-cause analysis and timely corrective actions.
• Develop and manage EH&S audit/inspection programs for continuous improvement.
• Support EH&S Council activities with proactive projects.
