Job summary

Sri Sun Electrical Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Project Manager to lead projects from planning and construction through testing, commissioning and handover.

You will manage schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement, and site resources while ensuring HSE compliance and quality across all phases. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and QA/QC teams; review SLDs/PDIs, manage progress, and drive timely project handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in E&I construction and project management, preferably in industrial, oil & gas, or similar projects.
• Experience in managing project schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, budgets, and site resources.
• Good knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, DCS/PLC/SCADA, ESD and Fire & Gas systems.
• Able to read and interpret SLDs, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, hook-up drawings, and IFC drawings.
• Experience in preparing Method Statements, ITPs, Risk Assessments, progress reports, and technical documents.
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements, Permit-to-Work systems, toolbox meetings, and site safety procedures.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Procurement teams.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, loop checks, punch list clearance, and project handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead E&I construction and project execution to meet schedule, quality, cost, and safety requirements.
• Manage site teams, supervisors, engineers, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders on technical and construction matters.
• Monitor daily and weekly progress and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality plans, and HSE requirements.
• Support procurement, commissioning, documentation, and final project handover.
