Senior/ E-commerce Executive (Marketing, 5days office hour) #HCL
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost brand visibility and revenue on Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee content creation, including product photography, digital imaging, video production, and design assets tailored for online marketplaces.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and campaign results to optimize performance and drive conversions.
- Manage daily e-commerce operations such as order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and returns management.
- Deliver prompt and professional customer service via online platforms to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in digital marketing activities including social media management, email marketing, and execution of paid advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of online and offline brand strategies.
- Maintain and regularly update e-commerce storefronts to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports detailing sales, traffic, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
- Proficient in using digital marketing andanalyticstools
