A leading company in the e-commerce sector is seeking a dedicated individual to manage daily operations across multiple platforms. The position involves driving marketing initiatives and contributing to brand growth, requiring a mix of analytical skills and creativity. Ideal candidates will possess relevant qualifications and experience in the Singapore market, particularly in fashion or lifestyle sectors, and demonstrate proficiency in e-commerce tools.
Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations (60%)
Manage the day-to-day operations of Hunter’s e-commerce channels across brand.com and key marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Zalora).
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness to drive traffic, conversion, and overall business growth.
Manage and enhance website UI/UX and contents, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Coordinate with merchandising team to ensure accurate and timely product listings across platforms.
Support logistics and customer service when needed including order processing, customer inquiries and after-sales cases.
Support the implementation of new e-commerce initiatives.
To support in any other ad hoc tasks as required
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
E-Marketing (30%)
Plan and execute online promotions.
Work with marketing and external agencies to monitor and improve digital marketing performance including PPC, SEO, and paid social.
Manage the execution of EDMs (email marketing) to drive engagement and retention.
Work with the marketing team and external agencies on the production of creative content such as store visuals, product shoots, and videos.
Brand Growth (10%)
Contribute ideas to overall brand development initiatives, including brand campaigns, customer insights, and new product development.
Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Graphic design knowledge (Canva or Photoshop).
Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social).
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce with a good understanding of Singapore and Malaysia market.
Experience working in fashion or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and related backend systems.
Extremely detail orientated with strong sense of work prioritization.
Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Good business acumen and data analysis skills.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Familiarity with CMS (content management system) like Shopify or Magento
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Form and Excel
