Job summary

SY PRECAST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a CAD Engineer to prepare and manage drawing sets, maintain drawing files, and prepare submissions for authorities. The role involves on-site measurements, potential tender support, and performing related duties in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in C&S Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience and strong proficiency in Autodesk CAD and BIM tools such as Revit and Tekla, along with MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient with Autodesk CAD software and BIM tools (Autodesk Revit, Tekla).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit standard drawings and as-built drawings per project requirements.
• Maintain and update drawing files; ensure good housekeeping.
• Prepare drawing and document sets for authorities submission.
• Support tender activities when required.
• Perform on-site measurement and site surveys.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

• Maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawing as needed; good work housekeeping/ organizing;
• Prepare the drawing and document set for authorities submission;
• Support in tender if required;
• Perform on site measurement and site survey;
• Able to undertake any other duties as assigned;

Job Requirements
