Job summary

ACT 3 Drama Academy in Singapore invites an experienced drama educator to join our teaching leadership team. This senior role focuses on deep practice, supporting teachers, and shaping how children learn through drama across our academy, kindergartens and schools.

You will teach children aged 18 months to 15 years, maintain high standards in the classroom, mentor colleagues and contribute to lesson development within ACT 3's established curriculum. Weekend teaching is required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience teaching drama to children.
• Strong background in drama, theatre or education through qualifications or substantial professional experience.
• Excellent classroom facilitation across age groups.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other educators.
• Sound judgement and initiative in using drama as an educational practice.

Responsibilities

• Teach children aged 18 months to 15 years across Drama Academy, kindergartens and schools.
• Maintain high standards of classroom practice and curriculum delivery.
• Mentor teachers and contribute to lesson development within ACT 3's curriculum.
• Support teaching leadership team and weekend teaching duties.
