Job summary

A leading interior design firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of draftsmen and manage the preparation of site and shop drawings. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in interior design, proficient in AutoCAD, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of additional software such as 3D studio max and Adobe is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of interior design-related experience.
• Proficient with 2D & 3D AutoCAD.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as draftsmen.

Responsibilities

• Acquire site survey data and develop information into AutoCAD Drawings.
• Lead a team of Draftsmen from multiple countries.
• Prepare detailed shop and as-built drawings.

Skills

Knowledge of AutoCAD

Proficient in computer skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Attention to details

Knowledge of 3D studio max

Job description

Responsibilities

- Acquire site survey data and develop information into AutoCAD Drawings

- Lead a team of Draftsman from Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand

- Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings, and as-built drawings

- Able to interpret and check drawings/plan from contractors/consultants on design & construction aspect

- Ensure on-time completion of required drawing

Requirements

- Knowledge of AutoCAD

- Minimum 4 years of interior design-related experience

- Proficient in computer skills with good working knowledge of 2D & 3D AutoCAD

- Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details

- Knowledge of 3D studio max, Adobe illustration, and Freehand will be an advantage

- Candidates with less experience will be considered as draftsmen
