Working Hours:
Mon – Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

️ What You'll Be Doing
Join us as a Drafter (ACMV) and play a key role in shaping major MEP projects. You’ll be involved in detailed drafting, BIM coordination, and supporting our engineering teams from design to execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle engineering design, calculations & tender documentation

• Prepare and review layout, schematic & SLD drawings

• ️ Use AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks for 2D/3D modeling

• Develop coordinated MEP drawings for smooth site execution

• ️ Attend coordination meetings and create Revit models/families

• Ensure accuracy and quality in all drawings & documentation

• ️ Maintain drawing records & support site teams

• Assist in managing drafting team and O&M manual drawings

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Building Drafter
BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM is a bonus
Experience with LTA projects is an advantage
Site coordination experience (overseeing 20–30 workers) is a strong plus
