Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) is seeking a Security Governance Lead to design and implement enterprise DLP, Microsoft Purview governance, and GenAI security controls. You will coordinate with IT, Compliance, and regional stakeholders to ensure policy alignment and risk mitigation.

You will drive governance for Copilot and GitHub Copilot, manage data protection frameworks, and report security status to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and maintain the program roadmap and implementation strategy.
• Facilitate decision-making across business, compliance, legal, and technology teams.
• Prepare project status updates and risk reports for management.
• Lead Microsoft Purview DLP design, implementation, and governance activities.
• Review and validate DLP control effectiveness.
• Recommend and drive continuous security improvements.
• Assess data leakage and security risks related to Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot.
• Define AI governance principles, acceptable use policies, and access controls.
• Collaborate with AI adoption teams to embed security requirements.
