ABeam Consulting (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Cyber Security and Governance professional to lead DLP and AI security initiatives across Microsoft 365 environments.

You will coordinate with IT, compliance, and business stakeholders to design policies, governance frameworks, and secure data handling practices. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cyber security or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in cyber security, data protection, or technology risk.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale DLP or data protection initiatives.
• Experience gathering requirements, policy development, and governance design.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams with business, compliance, legal, and tech.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions including Purview.
• PM skills including planning, risk, scope, change, and vendor coordination.
• Fluent English and Japanese communications a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and maintain program roadmap and implementation strategy.
• Facilitate decision-making across business, compliance, legal, and technology teams.
• Prepare project status updates and risk reports for management.
• Lead DLP design, governance, and data protection controls across Microsoft 365 apps.
• Define AI governance principles and data protection measures for Copilot/GitHub Copilot.
• Coordinate with IT, Compliance, and APAC stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards for governance reviews.
