Tangspac Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to oversee Python/Django full-stack development for large-scale systems in Singapore. You will drive architecture, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery aligns with SDLC processes and best practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, modern web technology proficiency, and a strong background in CI/CD, DevOps, and test-driven development. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or related field with strong education in web technologies.
• 10+ years of hands-on development and implementation experience.
• Technical lead in Python-based full stack applications.
• Experience in supporting and implementing large-scale, highly available applications.
• Strong experience with Python/Django backend and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with Waterfall/Agile practices like Scrum, CI, and TDD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Solid experience in solutioning and system design.
• Experience integrating with MQ, microservices and high-volume batch processing.
• Strong unit testing concepts for Python and Java components.
• Solid object-oriented design, UML, and modeling skills.
• Experience with diverse source control and development tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Implement Python (Django)-based full-stack applications and assess impact on current/new systems.
• Follow change management and engineering review processes aligned to project/release schedules.
• Ensure systems meet requirements and support solution architecture roadmap.
• Communicate effectively with external and internal teams on technical delivery and maintenance.
• Enforce technical quality using Waterfall/Agile practices, Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, and TDD per SDM guidelines.
