  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Generate prospects and manage a sales pipeline to achieve quota targets.
  • Build pipeline through business development and networking in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and communicate effective business and action plans to address opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales consultants and support resources to deliver sales solutions successfully.
  • Share knowledge on client needs and context.
  • Conduct needs/solutions analysis to position solutions effectively.
  • Follow up on proposals/offers to prospects.
  • Identify and understand key decision makers, users, and influencers at customer organizations.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key decision makers.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and reference-ability.
  • Requirements (Desired Profile):
  • 20+ years of experience in IT services and solutions sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Technology preferred).
  • Strong client focus and comprehensive sales process knowledge.
  • Proven track record in strategic and consultative selling.
  • Experience in selling IT services and solutions in global delivery models.
  • Excellent sales skills, client service orientation, and leadership qualities.
  • Strong network with mid-sized enterprise clients in the US market.
  • Highly energetic, proactive, creative, with superior presentation skills.
