ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Director for Inspire Value within the Global Industry and Solutions Org in APAC, based in Singapore. The role leads a high-impact advisory team, partnering with sales leadership and executives to shape value-led transformations and multi-million-dollar deals.

You will drive strategic growth, create executive workshops, and influence product and solution direction with data-driven insights across industries in a fast-paced, on-site Singapore setting.

Formación

• Experience from a top-tier consulting firm and strong executive communication.
• Proven track record of leading senior high-performing teams and high-stakes projects.
• Executive presence with gravitas to challenge, advise, and partner with C-level executives and boards.

Responsabilidades

• Revolutionize the enterprise software customer experience and deliver unparalleled value through Now Value.
• Engage with customers to drive digital transformation with bespoke, industry-specific solutions and strategic partnerships.
• Lead the Now Value methodology and facilitate executive workshops with C-suite and Board-level executives.
• Build and mentor a strategy and value advisory team, recruiting and developing high-caliber talent.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, account teams, and customer executives to ensure mutual success and lasting impact.
