Job Description

As fraud vectors have rapidly evolved, Visa's Payment Fraud Innovation (PFI) has significantly expanded its product portfolio and reimagined its approach to building, deploying, and monitoring real-time, low-latency AI models. We seek a seasoned AI product leader to drive platform capabilities and tooling, accelerating model development and supporting diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vision and Roadmap: Define and articulate a clear vision for efficient training, deployment, and monitoring of real-time AI models. Develop and prioritize a capabilities roadmap in partnership with Data Engineering, Data Science, and AIML Platform teams.
2. Data Strategy: Build a roadmap for high-impact data and signals to optimize model performance in both training and production environments.
3. Platform Modernization: Drive modernization initiatives for Visa's most scaled models, working closely with cross-functional technology and product teams.
4. Team Leadership: Lead a team of product managers and data analysts delivering region, market, and client-level analytics and AI capabilities, fostering a high-performing, diverse team environment.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Unite resources and expertise across Visa to drive innovation, process improvement, and client success.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading AI/ML product development in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Experience working in agile development setups is strongly preferred.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and solve complex business challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to set vision, drive platform innovation, and lead high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing at all organizational levels.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12+ years with an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD) with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong technology background.
• 10+ years in Product Management with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML product strategy in dynamic environments.
• Experience with large-scale, low-latency systems is highly preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building, influence, and communication skills across organizational levels.
• Experience managing teams across multiple time zones.
