Develop and execute a global sales strategy for fintech and payment-related services, with a strong focus on enterprise client acquisition and retention.
Lead a regional or international sales team, driving revenue performance and sales excellence.
Build and manage a strong pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure delivery against commercial targets.
Cultivate trusted relationships with key decision-makers across financial institutions, enterprise clients, and payment ecosystems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet market needs.
Identify strategic partnership opportunities to enhance go-to-market efforts and expand global reach.
Stay ahead of industry and regulatory developments to inform commercial strategy and maintain competitiveness.
Minimum 10 years of senior sales leadership experience in fintech, payments, or related sectors.
Strong track record of winning and growing large enterprise or institutional accounts, ideally across multiple markets.
Deep commercial understanding of payment systems, remittance, or digital financial services.
Proven ability to lead multi-regional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex deal cycles.
Comfortable with P&L ownership, international expansion, and navigating fast-evolving market dynamics.
Willingness to travel as required.
