The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and a successful track record managing enterprise accounts and building high-performing sales teams across international markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy for fintech and payment-related services, with a strong focus on enterprise client acquisition and retention.

  • Lead a regional or international sales team, driving revenue performance and sales excellence.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure delivery against commercial targets.

  • Cultivate trusted relationships with key decision-makers across financial institutions, enterprise clients, and payment ecosystems.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet market needs.

  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities to enhance go-to-market efforts and expand global reach.

  • Stay ahead of industry and regulatory developments to inform commercial strategy and maintain competitiveness.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of senior sales leadership experience in fintech, payments, or related sectors.

  • Strong track record of winning and growing large enterprise or institutional accounts, ideally across multiple markets.

  • Deep commercial understanding of payment systems, remittance, or digital financial services.

  • Proven ability to lead multi-regional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex deal cycles.

  • Comfortable with P&L ownership, international expansion, and navigating fast-evolving market dynamics.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
