Job description

The Communications Global Industry Unit (GIU) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to drive Oracle’s Communications GIU business across the JAPAC region. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, setting ambitious yet achievable revenue and growth targets, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful execution. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of OSS/BSS and CRM solutions within the telecommunications and enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and managing high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to inspire and retain top talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics within the telecommunications sector to identify and prioritize key opportunities.
• Drive pipeline development and revenue forecasting, ensuring a strong foundation for sustained business growth.
• Serve as the Regional Leader for the entire Communications GIU organization in JAPAC, effectively navigating Oracle’s internal landscape and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive business success.
• Engage cross-line-of-business teams to deliver large-scale, transformational solutions to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations between Oracle and its customers.
• Review team performance regularly, providing coaching and support to help team members achieve their professional development goals.
