Senior Director, Engineering Services
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Engineering Services to lead engineering operations across the Client Asia portfolio, focusing on asset management, reliability engineering, and CMMS (Corrigo) implementation. The ideal candidate will bring technical excellence, team leadership, and client-focused delivery to ensure high performance of critical facilities in the life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engineering Operations & Asset Management
- Lead and oversee technical operations and facilities engineering across the Client Asia account.
- Manage lifecycle asset strategies, preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Drive reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Ensure all engineering systems operate at peak performance and in compliance with Client and JLL standards.
2. Corrigo Implementation & Optimization
- Champion the deployment and integration of Corrigo (CMMS) across sites.
- Train site teams and engineering staff on Corrigo workflows, data standards, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the central engineering and technology teams to ensure seamless data migration and asset hierarchy setup.
3. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, safety standards, and Client’s GMP and quality guidelines.
- Lead audits, inspections, and mitigation plans related to engineering systems.
4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Guide and mentor site-level engineering teams across multiple countries.
- Work closely with Client site leads, facilities managers, and key stakeholders to align engineering strategy with business needs.
- Support strategic initiatives like sustainability projects, energy efficiency programs, and infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities engineering or operations in a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong track record in asset management and reliability engineering.
- Hands-on experience in Corrigo (or similar CMMS) implementation and optimization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Regional or multi-site portfolio management experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical facilities is highly desirable.
