Qualifications

Job Description:

1. Develop the Group’s mid- to long-term strategic plans and break down business objectives for each product line, with a particular focus on automotive markets, and emerging technologies and new directions in consumer electronic products.
2. Based on the company’s strategic plan, build analytical frameworks for target markets and industries; conduct in-depth analysis on sub-sectors, product markets, value chains, and key companies; deliver thematic research reports.
3. Evaluate the strategic and commercial value of new R&D projects initiated by the Group's Research Institute.
4. Support the overseas investment team by preparing relevant project documents and participating in presentations to the Group Investment Committee.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Master's degree in Engineering, with at least 15 years of experience in strategic planning, and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the electric vehicle (EV) or intelligent connected vehicle (ICV) industry.
• Experience in top international management consulting firms or well-known enterprises with a global background, especially in the EV, ICV, and consumer electronics industries.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to solve problems independently.
• Able to travel overseas frequently
