What You Will Get To Do:

• Lead and oversee the accounting staff, operations, and end-to-end deliverables for a large, valued client of the firm.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for all accounting operations across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regional senior leaders, fostering strong relationships, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
• Anticipate and address complex accounting challenges, providing expert solutions and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and adherence to the clients global operating model and Playbook.
• Influence and guide the development of policies, processes, technology, and procedures that impact accounting and operational practices regionally.

What You Will Bring:

• Extensive experience in accounting for private equity structures, private credit, complex investments, including derivatives, fixed income.
• Leadership experience in directing multi-regional or global accounting functions, ideally with APAC exposure.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and ability to navigate diverse accounting standards across jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to influence organizational policy and shape accounting processes at a senior, strategic level.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience interfacing with executive leadership.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational consistency and implementing standardized global processes.
• Educational background of at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred), with 10–12+ years of relevant experience inclusive of project management.
