Job Summary
Senior Director of Finance supporting Excavation Division’s (EXD) Global Operations by developing deep expertise and leading a globally diverse team of leaders and team members to create and sustain a high-performing global operations network. This role is responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic direction to the EXD Operations organization which manages prime-product, fabrications, and WorkTools facilities for the division. This role requires a long-range focus on business strategy and positive results achieved by delivering sizable programs and projects through completion on time and in alignment with goals leveraging a robust governance structure. Strong business acumen and analytical skills are required to bring forth actionable insight serving as a strategic partner to the business. Previous global team leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, and persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific action.
What You Will Do
- Ensuring the timely completion and submission of financial and statistical reporting for management and regulatory agencies.
- Supporting the annual budgeting process including analysis and review of financial information and its impact on the business.
- Tracking, reporting on and managing the overall financial performance of the organization.
- Overseeing and evaluating the activities of the finance staff, and providing guidance for their professional development.
