Job summary

hudsonmanpower is seeking an experienced Skilled Worker – Dimension Inspection to perform dimensional inspections and ensure components meet required quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities include inspecting per drawings, recording results, identifying non-conformities, calibrating instruments, and coordinating with production and QC. Requires ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, metrology certification, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical is required.
• Metrology Certification mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of dimensional inspection experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.
• Understanding of quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspection of components as per drawings.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and report deviations.
• Coordinate with production and quality departments.
• Maintain proper calibration and handling of measuring instruments.
