What You'll Do:
  1. Drive and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  2. Generate new leads through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals
  3. Pitch OC Digital’s full range of digital solutions to businesses across various industries
  4. Understand client needs and tailor digital strategies to meet their goals
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success
  6. Consult clients on digital trends and tools such as Google Ads, SEO, social media, and website solutions
  7. Use data and insights to propose impactful marketing solutions
What We’re Looking For:
  1. 3–4 years of B2B sales experience (digital or agency experience is a plus)
  2. Confidence in presenting and pitching to clients, both virtually and in-person
  3. A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team
  4. Resourceful, adaptable, and goal-oriented
  5. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, SEO, website services) is an advantage
  6. No degree required—what matters is your skill, attitude, and passion to grow
