Qualifications

• ProfessionalEngineering degree required, recognised university.
• At least 8 years of experience in refinery/petrochemical or related process industries.
• Experience adopting digital technology or AI solutions to improve refining performance.
• Strong project execution and delivery capability.
• Deep knowledge of digital tech and AI in refining contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio of digitalisation and advanced refining initiatives.
• Drive value, ensure timely implementation and clear milestones.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure compliance and maximize ROI.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across the site.
