Neste, the world’s leading producer of renewable diesel and SAF, invites you to join its Refining Excellence team as Lead Engineer, Digitalisation and Advanced Refining based in Tuas South, Singapore. You will drive the portfolio of digital technology initiatives to boost site competitiveness and safety.

As a senior engineer, you will collaborate with global teams, manage change, and deliver measurable ROI through AI-driven solutions and digital platforms across the refinery value chain.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 8 years in refinery, petrochemicals, or related process industries.
• Proven experience adopting and implementing digital technology or AI solutions for refining performance.
• Strong project execution skills and safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of digitalisation and advanced refining initiatives.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure value delivery and KPI improvements.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement for rapid solution adoption.
• Ensure timely implementation with clear milestones and ROI.
