Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design of wallet features (e.g., deposits/withdrawals, asset swaps, transfers), optimize underlying product logic, and build scalable platform capabilities.
• Drive Web3 UX innovations to streamline user flows and boost conversion rates.
• Define and analyse KPIs (e.g., user acquisition, retention, transaction volume) via A/B testing and user research to guide iterations.
• Develop mid-to-long-term product strategy and break down into executable milestones and roadmap.
• Manage a team of product managers, prioritize requirements and resources allocation internally, and align with cross-functional teams (R&D, Finance, Compliance, Marketing) for on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of product management experience within the fintech, payments, or Web3 industries, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering Web3 wallet products, with a strong understanding of fund flows and related technical implementations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive results.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential to collaborate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
