Position
Reporting directly to the Assistant Marketing and Communications Manager, Southeast Asia and Australia, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist builds and maximizes the FENDI brand presence in the digital field to drive traffic to the Fendi online business and retail network.
This position calls for a digital marketing advocate who can develop strong and sound digital communications strategies against competitors. As a key contributor to the success of the fast-growing Fendi business, the ideal candidate is digitally savvy and can articulate and execute strategies for paid marketing efforts, including both performance and branding campaigns, to accelerate Fendi’s growth, visibility, and innovation within digital channels.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following
DIGITAL MARKETING
- Work closely with agencies to develop seasonal campaign briefs aimed at optimizing ad campaigns and maximizing ROIs across multiple platforms including Google and Meta.
- Plan and maintain a digital marketing calendar aligned with the marketing and communication calendar.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for future campaign planning and KPI setting.
- Proactively monitor competitors’ campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital content on owned social media platforms.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc social media reports.
- Manage performance campaigns to support the eCommerce business.
DIGITAL INNOVATION AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Stay updated with industry trends and ongoing innovations to explore new opportunities on digital and social media platforms.
- Develop digital action plans to engage consumers, including tourists and locals within SEA and AU markets.
Profile
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce within the retail industry.
- Previous experience in luxury brands managing diverse SEA & AU markets and e-commerce capabilities is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proven success in driving performance campaigns for e-commerce.
- Good team player with a positive outlook.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and dedication to project completion.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
