You will be responsible for managing paid campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Quora Ads targeting spiritual and wellness audiences. Your role will involve planning, executing, and optimizing these campaigns to enhance brand awareness and maximize conversions. Additionally, you will develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.In terms of strategy and planning, you will be tasked with creating platform-specific advertising strategies, conducting keyword research, and analyzing competitive landscapes for paid campaigns. You will also design audience segments and targeting strategies for premium customer acquisition, as well as develop A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting in collaboration with the content team.Your role will also involve tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, and LTV using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics. You will create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations, implement conversion tracking, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and customer acquisition.Budget management will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, where you will manage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple platforms. You will provide budget recommendations and forecasting for paid campaigns, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition within target CAC parameters. Monitoring spending patterns and adjusting budgets based on performance will also be part of your duties.Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing customer personas and targeting strategies for different Rudraksha products, including location-based targeting strategies for major Indian cities.
