Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Marketing Professional to join a top electronic manufacturing company. The successful candidate will train customer service staff on subscription services, manage warranty terms, and analyze sales data. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing is required. This is a 2-year contract with the possibility for renewal.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Skilled in customer acquisition, lead generation, and paid media campaigns.
  • Good at analyzing data and optimizing campaign results.

Responsibilities

  • Train customer service frontliners on subscription processes and promotions.
  • Manage service maintenance and warranty terms.
  • Report daily subscription sales and status.
  • Design and implement subscription service experience.
