Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation in Singapore seeks an experienced Implant Equipment Engineer to provide 24x7 support for implant tools and issues. You will coach engineers in hardware troubleshooting, establish PM plans, liaise with vendors, and drive equipment improvements to reduce costs and boost reliability.

Requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics and at least 5 years in diffusion implant equipment (Varian E500, VIISTA900, Axcelis GSD, AMAT XR80).

Responsabilidades

• Provide 24x7 support for implant equipment tools and issues.
• Coach engineers in hardware troubleshooting for daily operations.
• Establish Preventive Maintenance plans for implant equipment and optimize PM for quality and cost.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve equipment issues and improve performance.
• Initiate meetings with process and manufacturing engineers to meet module objectives and analyze yield issues.
• Maintain stock levels of spare parts to support maintenance.
• Lead new equipment start-up from facilities hookup to production acceptance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Forecast budgets for equipment expenditures and track spending.
• Set targets to minimize wafer scrap and optimize equipment utilization.
• Provide training to AEs and TAs on troubleshooting and equipment knowledge.
