Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
• Min 5 years of relevant work experience in Diffusion Implant Equipment
• Familiar with implant tools: Varian E500, VIISTA900, Axcelis GSD, Axcelis HE/VHE, AMAT XR80
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal, communication and written skills
• Strong leadership capability to lead and coach juniors
• Strong logical thinking capability and analytical skill
• High integrity with strong leadership attributes to guide a team
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office Applications

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing process of implant equipment to optimize technology yield and performance
• Develop test programmes and procedures to ensure product specifications are met
• Provide advice on semiconductor process technology and maintain/repair equipment
• Design and develop IC layouts using CAD tools and design schematics
