Job summary

DenseLight Semiconductors Pte Ltd is seeking a senior engineer to lead dielectric and III-V etch processes for optoelectronics fabrication. You will manage process characterization, drive improvements in stability and yield, and develop new recipes for NPI/NRE projects.

The role requires strong communication, leadership of process engineers and operators, and close collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Operations to ensure on-time production and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wafer etch fabrication process.
• Experience in manufacturing/process development and operations management in photonics/semiconductors.

Responsibilities

• Manage dielectric and III-V etch process and operations for optoelectronics device fabrication.
• Characterise etch process outcomes including dimensional conformance and surface conditions.
• Improve etch process stability and control via SPC and yield monitoring.
• Develop new etch recipes to meet NPI/NRE requirements.
• Maintain etch process design documentation and report progress.
