Sourceability SG Pte. Ltd. is expanding its Global Engineering Organization and seeks a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, build, and support delivery platforms, release processes, environments, automation, and observability for GEO teams.

This role blends hands-on platform work with collaboration across engineering, QA, DBAs, security, and product delivery. You will contribute to practical release readiness, improve deployment repeatability, and reduce production risk while enabling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps/platform engineering or related roles.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting multiple environments (dev, QA, UAT, staging, prod).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve CI/CD pipelines for internal applications and critical systems.
• Support release automation across development, QA, UAT, staging, and production environments.
• Improve environment consistency, configuration management, and rollback readiness.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA, DBAs, infra, and security to make releases safer and more predictable.
