Job summary

Group-IB seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Development team. You will build, maintain, and scale high-availability systems powering global services, using Linux, Kubernetes, and IaC tools.

You will influence infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security at scale, collaborating with experienced engineers and shaping best practices. The role focuses on core infrastructure, incident handling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Linux administration, DevOps, or SRE.
• Strong scripting experience with Bash or similar.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience managing bare-metal infrastructure in production.
• Experience with configuration management systems such as Ansible or Puppet.
• Experience with distributed databases (Elasticsearch, Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Expertise in Kubernetes administration and managing containerized workloads.
• Experience with IaC tools such as FluxCD or ArgoCD.
• Ability to design high-performance, fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with monitoring and observability systems (Zabbix, VictoriaMetrics, Loki, Grafana).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize core server infrastructure including bare-metal, LXC, VMs, and cloud environments.
• Operate and support core infrastructure services such as Nginx, Puppet, GitLab, Artifactory, Nexus, Harbor, Grafana.
• Manage infrastructure following Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Handle and resolve incidents related to infrastructure operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of network engineers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Design and implement high-availability, fault-tolerant, scalable software solutions.
• Monitor performance and availability using observability tools and configure alerts.
