Job Title: Cloud and System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Cloud and System Administrator with expertise in AWS, Azure, and on-premise server management.

Responsibilities:

1. Install and configure software and hardware.
2. Manage servers and related technology tools.
3. Set up accounts and servers.
4. Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
5. Work with users and vendors to troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis.
6. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
7. Perform monthly patching and system upgrades.
8. Ensure compliance with security policies, including vulnerability assessments and hardening.
9. Respond promptly to incidents and service requests.
10. Generate and review accounts as required.
11. Research and recommend improvements to computer systems.
12. Provide technical support during and after office hours.
13. Develop technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in on-premise and cloud server administration.
• Experience with AWS and Azure, including IAM, ECS, EKS, Route Tables, NACL, Security Groups, NSG.
• DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with Terraform, Ship/Hats, Linux, Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMWare, Nutanix, and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, SCCM, WSUS, Windows Clustering.
• Preferred experience with backup and antivirus solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud automation tools like Terraform and Chef.
• Resourceful with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and change management skills.
• Certifications: AWS SysOps, Azure Administrator, RHEL, MCSE, MCSA, ITIL or equivalent are preferred.
