Job description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to automate, deploy, monitor, and secure our cloud-based applications and infrastructure. You'll work closely with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD workflows, optimize system performance, and ensure high availability.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Implement containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply best practices for system security and compliance.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure uptime.
• Automate routine operations to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Manage version control systems like Git (GitHub, GitLab).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Skilled in scripting languages: Python, Bash, Shell, or Go.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred qualifications include certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, DevOps), experience with microservices and serverless architectures, database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL), and familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
