Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to manage cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized applications in Singapore.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor systems with observability tools, and automate operations using IaC and scripting. Collaboration with development and architecture teams to boost reliability and scalability is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud Ops, or SRE roles.
• Hands-on Kubernetes across at least two cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/other).

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient application delivery.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and security using industry-standard observability tools.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Automate operational processes through scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to improve system reliability and scalability.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, or SRE roles.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, on at least 2 cloud platforms required Eg. AWS, Azure, GCP, Aliyun or Huawei Cloud
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, or equivalent.
• Proficient in scripting and automation (Shell, Python, Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
• Experience managing databases and production environments is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications
