Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines ensuring continuous integration and deployment across quality assurance, UAT, production, and DR environments. Ensure compliance with established rules and standards.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Support technical solutions for application deployment and maintenance, optimizing workflow efficiency and operational performance.
• Operational Security: Ensure product operability by implementing and maintaining operational best practices such as supervision/monitoring, backups, archives, and log management. Meet SLAs during deployment of new versions and hotfixes.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to software teams on behavior testing, automated testing, debugging, and custom scripts/tools for application maintenance.

Requirements:

• System Administration Skills: Proficient in system administration basics including services, SSH, OS packages management, etc.
• DevOps Tooling Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience (minimum 3 years) with Containerization and Kubernetes On-Prem, utilizing tools such as ArgoCD, Helm, and maintaining Ansible Playbooks.
• Scripting and Automation: Strong scripting experience in Shell, Bash, CMD, PowerShell, with expertise in automated configuration using Ansible.
• Network and Security: Solid understanding and practical experience with NGINX, HAproxy deployment, network basics (CIDR, VLAN, routing, NAT), DNS, SSL, network ACLs, and firewall access management.
• Security Management: Proficiency in secrets management (e.g., Kubernetes secrets, HashiCorp Vault), TLS/MTLS implementation, SSH administration, and encryption at rest.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with IPtables, systemd modifications, advanced kernel tuning, and experience with different hypervisors (VMware, HyperV).
• Monitoring and Alerting: Deploy and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus), set alerting thresholds, configure ELK stack for log concentration, and manage Kafka clusters.
• Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Kubernetes Service Mesh (e.g., Linkerd, Istio), SQL/NoSQL database administration basics, agile methodology, and proficiency in Java or .NET development.
