Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to configure and manage bare-metal, virtualized, and cloud infrastructure for business applications in Singapore.

You will help onboarding to modern CI/CD pipelines, improve availability, security, and observability, and automate releases across the SDLC while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will bring 5–7 years of DevOps experience, strong Linux administration, networking, and scripting skills, and familiarity with CI/CD

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Engineering DevOps experience required.
• Unix/Linux system administration at a professional level.
• Strong networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in scripting (bash, perl, python, or powershell).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Artifactory).

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure bare‑metal, virtualized, or cloud infrastructure for business applications.
• Help development teams onboarding to modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve high availability, resilience, observability, maintainability and security of applications.
• Automate application releases, deployment, configuration, and other SDLC aspects.
• Enable connectivity between components in distributed networks.
• Help migrate and upgrade systems to newer infrastructure.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process and provide user and operational support.
• Consult with users and technology groups to propose advanced programming solutions.
• Define operating standards and processes and ensure essential procedures are followed.
• Serve as advisor to lower-level analysts and act with independence.
