Job description

We are currently in search of an experienced team member to join our design team, specifically for a new initiative in technology that will make a significant impact. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping and delivering a top-notch user experience for our clients, collaborating with a skilled team of engineers, business analysts, and operations stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from the project’s stakeholders to deeply understand their constraints and their users’ problems.
• Help the project’s stakeholders make informed prioritisation of problem statements through the usage of journey mapping, usage scenarios and other design methods.
• Propose a range of design solutions and be able to clearly explain their respective pros and cons.
• Come up with sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, diagrams, documents and any other artifacts to help the project team understand what to build.
• Support the project team through the full development process, from proposal, execution, testing and delivery.
• Help both the project’s stakeholders and the project team to better articulate their perspectives, to foster closer collaboration between all parties.
• Continuously refine the design process to adapt to changing project needs.

What we're looking for:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or design related field
• 3+ Working experience as a product designer
• Experienced in running ideation workshops, facilitating requirements gathering with stakeholders and synthesising UX design approach
• Confident in executing research and UX design methodologies, visual and interaction design fundamentals and prototyping.
• Experienced with industry-standards tools; Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision, Miro, etc
