Job description

We are a fast-growing design firm with clear development plan and looking for creative individuals with a Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As an interior designer, you will be responsible for:

Job Scope:

• To provide interior design expertise and related services
• To receive requirement brief from client and discuss project with internal project team and contractors
• To conceptualize and carry out concept design, research, space planning
• To prepare design & construction(as-built) documentation
• Produce 2D space planning on layout plans based on design conceptualization.
• Develop 3D rendering visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawing and colour rendering with detailed materials and furnishings chosen with accurate specifications

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• The candidate must be competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop or other design programs and Microsoft Office
• Excellent creative and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to follow through and execute proposed designs
