Job description

We are looking for a contract-based (min 4 months) Senior Designer to join our growing team.

You will have several years of design experience and a strong creative flair. Whether developing designs for traditional printing, web, or social media, you bring strong creative direction and impeccable execution. You should have a passion for design and a drive to continually improve.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conceptualising, designing, and executing artwork for marketing and communication materials across traditional and digital media.
• Working on diverse projects such as brochures, adverts, newsletters, posters, packaging, displays, corporate visuals, identity, and websites.
• Providing creative input during the planning stages and managing production vendors.

You will be someone who is …

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and web design.
• Familiar with printing/production processes, including paper types, finishing, and color requirements.
• Experience in frontend web development is an advantage.
• Proficient in English.
• Able to understand and communicate brand identity and guidelines.
• Has a good understanding of design elements, color, and composition, with a keen eye for trends.
• Capable of conceptualising across various aesthetics and styles, including animations/GIFs.
• Good at communicating and articulating concepts.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, including after hours if necessary.
• Dependable, positive, open-minded, and able to communicate clearly both verbally and visually.
• Passionate about social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WeChat.
